My stats:
200 lbs
28% bodyfat
5"7
I would like to document my weight loss journey using data. I plan on doing body composition tests every 2 weeks and along with detailed progress photos / measurements.
What other test would be useful?
Im thinking about adding these test below every 8 weeks?
Lipid panel with HgbA1c, Glucose
Cholesterol, Total; Triglycerides; HDL Cholesterol; VLDL Cholesterol Cal; LDL Cholesterol Calc; LDL/HDL Ratio
Thyroid panel
Free thyroxine index (FTI or T7); T3 uptake (THBR); thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH); thyroxine (T4), Total; tri-iodothyronine (T3), Total
Any help would be appreciated
