I am a type 1, insulin dependant, diabetic and am VERY new to this. I am THOROUGHLY confused about the correlation between my insulin and IGF -1. I want to lose weight and tone, not bulk up. I want to do it the natural way because I'm on a fixed income, so buying products and supplements is very difficult. Could someone PLEASE explain to me in newbie - girl language?
