1st goal met!!!!!!

For those of you that don't know me I started this year at 251 pounds and 32% BF. This morning I made my first goal and lost 50 pounds and maintained my strenght. Last check 3 weeks ago I was down 24% bf and I have not slowed down!!! Keto has helped me alot and now I'm going to go to a maintenance program and reset before the next goal!!!!! I've had a lot of help on the forum and want to thank everyone for the support!!!!

I would like to get down below 190 but for now I'm going to enjoy eating some food and really focus on building strenght!! I feel like a mental break from the daily grind will do me some good!

I want to have a real cheat meal to lol. A typical cheat meal for me is an 8oz steak, grilled vegetables and a sweet potato with marshmallows and Carmel sauce. Not a typical cheat meal in alot of people's eyes but it kept me headed in the right direction without the guilt

I remember when I hit 50. It was an awesome feeling. A big F U to everyone who doubted me! :D
