I am a thyroid patient and want to lose my weight. I'm on a diet and medicines. Do I still need to exercise?

It cant hurt. Some light cardio and resistance training would help.

Sounds like your doctor should be answering this, but it wont hurt to do so

I would think working out would be good... you will live longer in most cases

What would make you think that exercise is not needed? Everyone needs some form of exercise/active movement.

absolutely. strength training and cardio (HIIT is the best for fat loss but steady state builds cardio endurance. a mix is best)

5)Avoid useless supplements and products.
