Abs are made in the kitchen - get that. so the diet is under scrutiny and doing the 5:2 fasting /restriction.

Next, on top of my daily multiVit / probiotic / fish oil / Test boosting supp (Ape/L-dopa or bulbine) I was thinking of throwing in some fatloss supps
Do I go for Ostarine (holding off as im not advanced re: training but its real), yohimbine (not a stims fan :-s) or Thyroids (such as SNS Thyrocaps or iForce TT-33 or Thyrotril)
Any experience of either? If I go on amazon reviews yohimbine wins hands down, but the others are specialist
