SKD or TKD, what is right for me?

Hi folks,

I`ve started the new year with some cutting, following the SKD so far. Speaking of little to no carbs at all. Main goal is to lose some excess fat.

I work out 3x a week though, including 30 minutes of HIIT cardio after the weight work out. Before starting with Keto I usually took 30g-50g dextrose as PWO + ON whey in a shake.


My question is now after reading about the TKD in this forum: anabolicminds.com/forum/weight-loss/46389-targeted-ketogenic-diet.html

Should I keep taking dextrose to maintain my muscles while doing Keto? Or leave it out and continue with normal SKD?
