Im doin an hours a day 6 days a week of really Low intensity cardio (120bpm or under) along with my 5 days of weight training a week.. just curious of L.I.S.S. and its effect on being in ketosis and its advantage of burning pure fats faster? or is it over kill? i usually get my deficit through my cardio so i can keep my calories at maintenance to keep my metabolism from not slowing down too much.. any opinions?
