  1. What do you do to drop the last bit?


    What do you do to drop that last little bit? The bloat or water retention, what ever it is?

  3. Increase water intake to release water.

    I add in more HIIT training and might increase my thermogenics (Dexaprine + TT-33) or switch or come off. Also have gone to eating just swai and asparagus for 2-4 weeks straight to help. There are a lot of tricks.

    good info...something as simple as tt33, a bit extra hiit.......drink plenty of water and take a hot epsom salt bath, the results from that might be short lived but it could help rid excess bloat and detoxify minimally to help
