I'm 5'7 and 85 kilos, I'm not sure about my bf percentage I think maybe 25% maybe a bit more. I'm in the British army but have been suffering with a lower back injury for the last 18 months so I haven't been able to train like I used to but finally I'm on the mend now and I can train properly. I'm blogging this programme because I purchased it off a pt in my local town and I'm interested in looking back on the results and how I feel each day to see if it works for me in the future, I'm interested in everyone's input on how to work it or ideas on what has worked for other people thanks guys ash

the single biggest thing you will want to do is get your diet goals in line and stick to them. if you then follow the training program you bought it should yield nice results.

Thanks ripper my short term goals are to lose body fat and not lose muscle I know it's not going to happen over night but I'm committed to getting back in shape. I'll add photos of body today before I start the program.
