Hi all,

it is time to cut extra fat. My stats:

Age=35
Weight=76Kg
Height=181cm
B.F.=14%

TDEE=2500Kcal

Training day=2100Kcal
Rest day=1700Kcal

Training Day 2100Kcal:

07:00am 80gr Oats + 30gr Whey

10:00am 65gr Rye Bread + 30gr Milk Protein

13:00pm 65gr Rye Bread + 140gr peas/lentils + 200gr Soya/Tempeh/Tofu + 20gr Olive Oil + 150gr Vegetables (Spinach)

17:00pm 65gr Rye Bread + 30gr Milk Protein

20:00pm 60gr Basmati Rice + 140gr peas/lentils + 200gr Soya/Tempeh/Tofu + 20gr Olive Oil + 150gr Vegetables (Spinach)

Rest Day 1600Kcal:

07:00am 50gr Oats + 30gr Whey

10:00am 200gr Strawberries + 30gr Milk Protein

13:00pm 65gr Rye Bread + 140gr peas/lentils + 200gr Soya/Tempeh/Tofu + 15gr Olive Oil + 150gr Vegetables (Spinach)

17:00pm 200gr Strawberries + 30gr Milk Protein

20:00pm 200gr peas/lentils + 200gr Soya/Tempeh/Tofu + 15gr Olive Oil + 150gr Vegetables (Spinach)


My training is German Body Comp (Poliquin).

Is it in check? Advice?

not many of us can comment on how well your veg diet looks..
the rest day caloric intake seems too low for me. as those are the days you are trying to recover from training so.. for me that's one critique I can give.

now if you are following the german volume training protocol there are several supplements you should be using. if you would like some pointers in that department let me know

From experience with that type of programming, I would add Compete to help you recover. IT helped me a lot.
Cant say much about your diet s I dont know any thing about the nutritional value in a lot of what your eating. But if it works for you get after it.
