    My MCLL Diet Article.

    <SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 22pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt">Multiple Carbohydrate Leverage Loading<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o></SPAN>

    <SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">From the book <SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal">SLICED <o></o></SPAN></SPAN>

    <I><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal; FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">By Bill Reynolds and Negrita Jayde </SPAN></I><I><o></o></I>

    &nbsp;
    <P style="TEXT-INDENT: 0.5in"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">To get really SLICED, you first have to get big. This fact easily bears out. How many times have you come across a skinny yet defined person with cross-striations everywhere on his body? Almost never. This is because the muscle needs to be full and massively developed in order for those surface etchings to be visible. Perhaps you already tried cutting up and found out that your muscles were much smaller than would be once the slicing process was complete. Or perhaps you have put off getting ripped because you are not satisfied with your mass yet. Whatever the case might be, this is exactly where Multiple-Carbohydrate-Leverage-Loading (MCLL) is the ultimate diet for you to fallow.</SPAN>
    <P style="TEXT-INDENT: 0.5in"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">Simply put, MCLL is for those who desire to develop maximum muscle mass. By specifically arranging your carbohydrate intake, this dietary regimen causes each muscle group to grow rapidly. It accomplishes this by creating ideal growth conditions in your muscles, When combined with hard workouts, MCLL accelerates your solid body weight gains and thereby edges you closer to the genetic limit of your muscle size. Then, when you decide to slice up that mass of yours, the newly added size will assure you of deeper cuts and a&nbsp;much more dramatic appearance.</SPAN>
    <P style="TEXT-INDENT: 0.5in"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">Take note that MCLL requires lots of discipline and persistence to follow correctly. It is also not a diet for those who are on a tight budget. MCLL has you eating a wide variety of deliberately chosen foods, and quite often. So it is definitely the kind of diet for a highly motivated bodybuilder. However, we can assure you that your efforts will pay off handsomely, as MCLL is an extremely effective method of eating.<o></o></SPAN>

    <SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><SPAN style="mso-tab-count: 1">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nb sp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nb sp;&nbsp; </SPAN>The Theoretical cornerstone of MCLL starts with the chemical structures of carbohydrates. Simple carbs, like fruits, for example, have primitive chemical structures that cause them to be easily digested to yield quick energy. Complex carbs, like oatmeal and corn, are more complicated in form and thus take longer to break down in the body. Regardless of what type of carbohydrate ingested the main point is this: <I>No</I> carb gives you sustained energy as well as immediate energy. Each has a specific duration of action.<o></o></SPAN>

    <SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><SPAN style="mso-tab-count: 1">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nb sp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nb sp;&nbsp; </SPAN>This point can be proved quite easily. Fast for half a day, and then eat some rice, nothing else, just rice. You donít have to be as wise as Solomon to feel the effect. There wont be a instantaneous energy surge, but about 2 hours after its consumption., youíll feel frisky, and not hungry. A chocolate bar will clearly produce the opposite result-shortly after ingestion youíll turn into Mick Jagger for 20 minutes, and then crash and turn into Roseanne Barr<o></o></SPAN>
    <P style="TEXT-INDENT: 0.5in"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">What MCLL involves is simple: You arrange your carbo intake so that each meal consists of two complex and two simple carbs, plus and metabolic optimizer drink. In total, you ingest six meals per day. With MCLL at every meal, youíll have a continual release of short-term carbs and long- burning carbs as well. The metabolic optimizer plays an equally important role. It contains an ingredient consisting of a shorter chain structure than that of a complex carb, yet longer than that of a simple carb, itís sort of a medium carb.<o></o></SPAN>
    <P style="TEXT-INDENT: 0.5in"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">Hereís a summery of what happens when you follow the MCLL system:<o></o></SPAN>

That flow includes water. The carbs cause your tissue to load up ever so slightly, but the cumulative effects of thousands of slightly ďloadedĒ cells creates a profound leverage advantage. Your bench squat and curl will all register at new poundages increase. And this upward curve in strength will continue over the next several months. That means new muscle growth.<o></o></SPAN>
    <P style="TEXT-INDENT: 0.5in"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><SPAN style="mso-tab-count: 1">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nb sp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nb sp;&nbsp; </SPAN>Donít assume that MCLL approach involves overeating. The total amount you eat per sitting doesnít increase much, only actual number of carbohydrates calories themselves. To squeeze two complex and two simple carbs onto your plate, you need much smaller portions then the one carb source in a normal meal. Additionally, when you eat often, you donít need as much carbohydrates to achieve a positive effect. In truth your portions should look tiny. Itís the synergistic effect of all those carbs that you want.<o></o></SPAN>

    <SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><SPAN style="mso-tab-count: 1">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nb sp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nb sp;&nbsp; </SPAN>A Sample daily MCLL menu as shown below on the fallowing page. This kind of eating may be too much for some people; if so, drop the last meal, and reduce the food portions. Also, due to time or location restraints, you not always be able to combine two complex and 2 simple carbs into one meal. To avoid this problem, plan ahead; take food with you wherever you go.<o></o></SPAN>

    <SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">Note that the meal plan following your workout contains no protein, because at the stage we donít wish to slow down carbohydrate absorption. Carbs are crucial before the workout, but are also important to restock the muscles glycogen supply, which has been depleted, thereby speeding post workout energy.<o></o></SPAN>
