I have been doing the keto diet for roughly a month now. I am planning not to do a refeed for a few weeks to make sure I am losing fat. Planning to do the refeed every 2 weeks while still lifting weights 4x week. Just wondering about my hormones without the carbs, especially T3. I do have prescribed T3 (.5mcg) pills that I can take and was wondering if I use these will it interfere with the whole diet with ketosis and hormonal functions. Any info would be appreciated. Jimbo63
