does anyone know any good calulators to figure out how many calories protein carbs fats and fiber i should consume to lose weight

Myfitnesspal is a very good one for a basis, but it will be individual to your body in the end.

Just monitor progress weekly/biweekly and try adjustments to see what works for you

I second that. It's a bad ass app.

I third that. I love it so much I could eat it.
lol. just make sure you set custom macro goals in myfitnesspal. the standard macros are all sorts of weird. but you can easily set up a 40/40/20 p/c/f or however you want to split it up by adjusting the settings
