    So here we are. I started my bulk at 163lbs at ~8%bf in mid December.
    So far so good I gained 1lmb/month and 1lb of fat.

    I like to stay as cut as possible and I might end up earlier this bulk at the end of next week (originally was planning to keep it until April).
    This cut will start at about 171lbs per 9.5%bf.

    My goal is to drop the extra pounds of bf gained in this bulk and why not some more extra "old fat".

    5weeks. I'm planning of dropping 1lb/week (hopefully all fat, except the first one where the water retention will be the most, usually 1.5lbs for me), finishing at 165lbs ~7%bf.

    I will use ECY stack too.

    What you guys thing? Is this a realistic goal?


  2. 2.5% bf in 5 weeks...with a spot on diet and ecy its possible, muscle retention will be the more difficult thing to deal with

  3. You think I will lose muscle? Isn't too short period for it?

    I'm goin for 1lb/fat per week with this protocol.

    -500kcal the first week (will also be on deliading, haven't been in a while and i feel like i need it).
    refeed/cheat day 1x week.
    -200kcal if for a week I'll stop losing weight.
    Eph: 37.5mg fist week, 50 the second and 75 from the 3rd
    Caffeine 200mg every day, yohimbind hcl 15mg every day

  4. at 1 lb a week you shouldn't lose much muscle at all. in fact if you added something along the lines of 3b epi andro (which is great for cuts) you might even gain a pound or two in the process. not saying your into that kinda thing...

    I tried recoup once with astatine rx with no results, a bit of suppression too.. was a waste of time, I think my cuts will be made just with ECY which works like charm on me.

    Really want hit that 7% and start bulking again for 3 months
