    Any problems with this?

    Amino IV / new PES Erase / Dopadex / Whey / CGT-10 / Peak Beta+ / Anavite

    I would avoid dopadex at 30 days. 1 bottle then take 30 days off.

    CGT-10 is a creatine / glutamine / taurine product. I'm pretty much just taking it for the 5g of creatine (it was cheap).

    Peak Beta+ is a COP / LCLT product.

    So maybe take it during the week and weekends off? I was only planning on running one bottle of it alongside the new Erase.

    they are fine to take together just keep use of L-dopa limited to 30 days.

    Why do you have to limit l-dopa to 30 day cycles? Does it have adverse effects after that?

    N0t sure where he got the 30 day limit from but long term supplementation of L-dopa can deplete serotonin concentrations.

    Thank you, yeah thats kinda what i was worried about. I recently found out my preworkout C4 has it in the proprietary blend, im wondering if i should cycle the C4 now or if its too small of an amount to matter? Any input would be appreciated!

    actually its what coop recommended to me. I don't believe he was espousing a hard limit nor am I. in fact I tend to run around 6 weeks sometimes... but for laymens terms 30 days is an easy grasp to folks starting out. once they assess their tolerances im sure many will find some benefit beyond 30 days.

    Agreed, 30 days is in general a good rule of thumb. I just wasnt sure if that number was based of something specific or was just a generalization.

    Thanks for the help guys. I'm hoping to lose about 5 pounds of bf while maintaining strength and muscle over the course of the run. ~30 days.

    I've been doing IF and cutting and while I'm losing fat, I'm also losing a few reps on my major lifts.
    I'm planning on taking the Alphamine / Amino IV / Erase / Dopa in the morning half of my fast, the Peak Beta & CGT-10 before I workout, and the Dopa at night.

    I'm also thinking of picking up PES's new Whey (Snickerdoodle)...any real benefits to that over the dymatize whey I've been using?
