If you are really being exact about your counting then yes, calories are calories.
Generally not needed though. I haven't counted mine in a long time. As long as you stay consistent with the amount you are eating just gauge your weight loss/gain and go from there.

I dont bother unless its starch.
Though recently I have completely gotten away from measuring anything and eating more when I feel like it. I know how many meals to eat a day, and by taking that amount of "stress" off of counting constantly I have seen much better results in my physique.

I do. Even broccoli/greens add up. I wouldn't worry about grabbing 'a bite'. But if it's a portion of a cup, sure.
I wish I was used to doing it without measuring. S*** gets old for sure...

Indeed it does, I have made a habit of not adding in my green veggies for about a week now. I guess I should prolly start back. On a better note today was my "cheat meal" after legs I had steak, hush puppies,shrimp and rice gumbo,a few fried shrimp, and for desert of course ice cream. Haha absolutely amazing. After dieting for awhile now I have recently been implementing carbs back in the diet. A bit of fruit in the morning with breakfast then later in the day I do intra/post workout carbs. Doing slightly under 1g per pound but energy levels are up and I'm making gains. Only one cheat a week, seems to be working great.
