    Lightbulb [VIDEO] Science of Carb Restriction and Inflammation


    I put together an explanation of weight loss and obesity for those who are cutting calories but still struggling




    Carbs have been a large part of diets in populations with nearly 0 obesity. Don't unnecessarily inhibit yourself of some good food!

    Video is really lacking any kind of science. You should think about renaming it

    Obesity doesn't cause diabetes

    Sugar intake doesn't inherently cause weight gain

    Red meat doesn't inherently lead to problems like heart disease
