3 Week T3 and Albuterol Cut Log

Starting Stats:
Male
5'6"
Weight: 160ish (will weigh daily once log begins)
15% BF (I Think, I will post pics at end of log)

ED:
50mcg T3 (Starting, will move to 75 if I can)
12MG Albuterol, taken in 4mg doses throughout day (not close to bed time though)
4 G Taurine
500 mg Potassium
4 Fish oil Caps
1G Calcium
400mg Magnesium

Diet:
180-200G Protein
<20G Carbohydrates
<20G Fats

1 2-Day refeed after first 8 days of cut (standard refeed macros, same protein high C, low-moderate fat)

This will begin this Thursday and end Thanksgiving (Nov. 7th-28th) but I made the thread now in case I forget :)


Will update daily to keep myself motivated (Before/After pics once it is over).

Day 1

Took supplements as described in OP

Weight: 155.0

Hit around 230g Protein, minimal fat, 60-70g carbs (transitioning to lower tomorrow) and did Arms/Chest this morning after my first doses

T3 makes me feel very ....warm. It's not a bad thing though since it's Winter.
Overall energy was good.

From my personal experience w albuterol I would say start at 9mg the first few days and slowly ramp it up to about 15mg a day ( spread dosages out, I think albuterol is about a 4 hr half life). I didn't notice anything working noticably for me under 15mg, but once i got to 15mg it was the sweet spot.

Day 2

Weight: N/a didnt weigh

Hit around 190g protein, 15 C, 4-5 Fat today
Did some cardio this morning no lifting
energy...Was feel amazing the first half of day then some major lethargy kicked in .....


JoeBrooklyn Don't buy t3 in liquid form from shady places.....if you have cytomel tablets though they're a pretty safe bet

exrugger I've taken Albuterol before 12MG seems to work well for me ...no need to ramp up imo

Day 4

Weight: 149.2

Most of that is water/glycogen depletion ofc

Took all supplements as per normal except for Albuterol only took 1 4mg dose today
did 30 mins of cardio then did a tension workout right before my refeed

Macros (approx): 179 P 1000C 40F


Felt pretty bad today because I think I have mild food poisoning...not fun
peptobismol hardly helps

Felt like absolute crap today because of food poisoning

Did 45 mins cardio and took my supps as described

Macros were ~160P 30C 40F

Food poisoning seems to have finally gone away but bad news...

BINGE!! like 5k cals worth...but I am going to make lemonade with this lemon

Tomorrow will be taking advantage of the hypercaloric feast and doing a powerworkout followed by a pwo shake
and fasting until THU where I will be back to the routine

Supplements were taken per norm today

Day 7

been vomitting/diarhea all day cuz of food poisoning (it is food poisoning not the stack, pretty sure I ate some undercooked chicken the
day before symptoms started hitting)


weight: 153.5

I'm not sure what to do atm cuz I have 0 motivation to continue the cut until this food poisoning blows over
some notes maybe worth something:
T3 at 50mcg had 0 noticeable negative effects on strength with just albuterol and no anabolics
I may try 75mcg when I resume
