I have been looking around this site for a few months now and thought I would introduce myself. I got out of the Army around a year ago. For the 4 years I was in I was in the best shape of my life. Loved going to the gym loved lifting. After I got out I went through some tough personal times and REALLY let myself go. 5 weeks ago I decide to make some lifestyle changes and cleaned up my diet started lifting again and quit smoking. I am 5'8" and started at 285. I'm currently down to 269 working my way to about 195 one day. Anyways thanks for all the info so far I look forward to continuing to learn and achieve my goals.
