Hello everyone. I made shedule of Carb intake for Carb Cycling diet and I need sugestions.

Day1: 200gr Carbs
Day2: 100gr carbs
day3: 50gr carbs
day4: 0gr carbs
day5: 0gr carbs
From day 6 start over again and continue. One week ago I followed another schedule but with one No Carb Day, but for this week I ask one trainer and he tell me that this schedule its more efective.
Carbs : White rice, white patatoes.
Proteins: Fish, Chicken breasts, Eggs

First I start with This program but after I found Another Program and I will start with that from another week and i think i will burn alot of BF. I want to hear your comments, Thanks
