Just started my cut yesterday good day had a Special K 90 calorie bar and almonds for breakfast
A turkey and cheese sub on wheat for lunch
Chicken breast and a little bit of corn for dinner.
I'm wanting some tilapia and king mackeral recipes! (Just caught a ton on vacation) please and thanks!!
