    Cheat days/meals are a love-hate relationship. I look forward to them but feel disgusted afterwards. Thats what I need help with. Are there any tips you guys can give or things you do to cope with that bloated disgusting feeling after a cheat meal?

  3. Like immediately after I binge I feel satisfied and good but within an hour I just feel disgusted and cant even think about what I did haha. Its like the most severe love/hate relationship I have with anything. Its very weird.

  4. If I'm going to have a larger cheat meal I eat light throughout the day and save the "cheat" for my last meal before I go to sleep. I've found if I eat cheat meal for breakfast I do tend to feel somewhat sluggish the rest of the day and still end up hungry later on. By eating at night I get the chance to sleep it off

  8. Depending what the cheat meal is but if i have waffles & icecream Eat it first up in the morning then you burn it off throughout the day.

    This, the day after my carb nites I feel leaner. Most cheat meals are going to have an insulin spike then crash. Better use that crash to sleep.

    It sounds like you're over indulging. Just have a normal sized meal with stuff you typically don't eat. Maybe even eat a little more and ENJOY it!
