    yar... been manipuluation carbs a bit, still at a deficit.. adding just 50 carbs a day has made a huge difference in my training and diet...

    Pre and post? Are you carb cycling?

  5. been hitting weights 6 days a week, so my carbs are higher on those days.. When i take a day off from the gym i probably get about half the amount of carbs...

    Was sitting at about 150grams of carbs, now i hit between 190 and 210 and look a ton fuller, feel stronger... I also added a little lean red meat to one daily meal as well...

  7. Not really, i have been eating so consistent that it has been easy to examine what little changes do to my diet...

  8. before and after... Ton of work to do around the middle but my skin has already started bouncing back a bit.. We will see what happens....

    felt wierd enough taking that pic, was not about to roll up my shorts, lol.... Wheels are actually showing definition, but need more size...
