Did a 4 week cut, your opinion?(pic)


  1. First time really trying to cut. Ate at maintenance and dropped from 187.4 to 180.6 over 4 weeks. Your opinion of how much body fat I loss and whether it was worth it? Kind of blurry pictures from cropping them to keep them as no homo as possible haha.

  4. what did you use to take the pic? a toaster? lol jk im sitting at 186 right now and want to cut down to 180 and hopefully look like you. what did you use or was it mainly diet and exercise? if so would you e so kind as to explain what? thanks

  7. Zero effects on the pictures. I cropped them that's it, same phone for both pictures, not sure why it came out so bad

    I cut carbs to as low as possible and ate a lot of eggs, lean meats, and jerky lol. I do two-a-days in the am I do oly weightlifting style training and in the afternoon I follow a basic 5 day a week bodybuilding routine.
