    if you are truely at that bf % then it can be done, are u trying to conserve muscle?

    I don't I have much muscle just a normal looking dude maybe bait on the chubby side but yh I'm looking to keep as much muscle as I can but if I stay on my diet I know the fat drops off me but staying on it is where I **** up every 2 to 3 days a week!

    Meal 1 1 whole egg with a cup of white Liquid eggs 50g of almonds with 50g of oats with skimmed milk

    Meal 2 120g of cooked chicken with 100g veg and 180g of white rice

    Meal 3 120g of cooked chicken with 100g veg and 180g of white rice

    Meal 4 100g of tuna with 150g of Sweet potato

    Also a shake after workout

    A lot of water

    Well Iv always did a body weight x14 and my maintenance is 2700 so I went down to 2200
