Guys who thinks I can get to 170 by the end on this month ? I'm 180 now

consistencey is very important.....start a training log for some motivation

Meal 1 1 whole egg with a cup of white Liquid eggs 50g of almonds with 50g of oats with skimmed milk
Meal 2 120g of cooked chicken with 100g veg and 180g of white rice
Meal 3 120g of cooked chicken with 100g veg and 180g of white rice
Meal 4 100g of tuna with 150g of Sweet potato
Also a shake after workout
A lot of water
