205, 245, 275 (275 went 3/1/0 which is odd because if I hit the 3, I usaully roll through the rest, weird thing was I rocked the first 3 so readily that I considered pushing to 280/285.)

Hit the bike for 20 minutes of random hills. Increased the intensity a bit.

3/7/14 Squats/Quads and Delts
Bench Squat (w/u 135, still 3/21) 210, 250, 290 - Hit all three reps her but sat a bit to much on the bench and got stuck on the 2 rep set, dropped to 235 and tried to get even deeper than I was with the bench 235x5/5

Standing OH BB Press - 3/2/1 waves: 115, 135, 155 Nailed all reps.

3/10/14 Rear chain. Was a good night, saw some nice progress. Definitely a "The more it sucks the better it is for me" (TMISTBIIFM?) kind of night.
Deads (w/u 135, still 3/2/1) 210, 250, 280 all reps completed.
BO BB Rows : 185x8/6 +partial/4 (20 pound jump, I'll take it)
RDL: 185 (another 20 pound jump) 6/6

Sorry to hear about all setbacks! You were doing such a great job. I know you'll bounce back strong though. I admire your determination. After my heart attack, I figured, what's the point. Haven't hit the weights in a year.

After all the hard work and strict eating to still have an artery 100% blocked just frustrated the hell out of me. I was back in the gym after two weeks but lacked the want. Gave up a month later. Maybe I will try again after reading your log.

Back home again following a very productive experience with Nerve Restore. Have not been posting this week but have still been working my tale off.
4/15/14 Rear Chain
DL (W/U 135, 3/2/1 waves) 225, 275, 305 all reps completed! Took us a bit over a year but we are pulling 3 plates again starting next week (no doubt I could hit it for one, but I want a full wave at 315).
BO BB Row: 205x8/8
RDL 205x8/6 (Argh, hate these!)
BO DB Row 95x 8/8, 7/7 (l/r)
Back Hyperextension (dropped weight to put more focus on the hyper extension part)
D Bar cable pull down `50x10/8
Left Leg Lying Leg curl (rehab work) 20x6+10 with assist from right leg and slow neg.
4/16/14 (Rare AM Iron session)
Flat BB Bench (w/u baR, 135, still 3/2/1) 215, 235, 255 (2/1/1 for last wave)
Inc BB Bench 205x4/3/3, 145x15 for burn down
Inc DB 65x12/10
4/18/14 Squat/quads and bi's
Back Squat (w/u 135, 3/2/1 waves)
245, 285, 325, 335 all reps completed, dropped down to 245 going ass deep as possible, 2 sets of 6 reps.
Paramount squat press 450x8/8 (plate weight only)
Left Leg rehab leg ext: 75x12, 8+4 assisted reps
Standing alt DB Curl 50x8/8, 7/7 (l/r)
Inside Grip EZ preacher 85x10/8

4/19/14 Delts and tri's (got reminded why I try to avoid doing these two groups on the same day. Tri's were fried by the time I got that part of the workout)
Standing OH BB Press (Lightened up with waves of 8/5,/3 for these) 115, 130, 145 all waves completed
Snatch grip high raise 85x8/8/8
Seated Alternating DB Press 40x10/10, 10/10 (l/r) amazing what a difference alternating sides does for perceived difficulty)
Nautilus Lateral Raise 130x15, 150x12
Face Pull 115x12, 130x12
Close Grip Bench 205x3/3/3, 185x6 (like I said above, they were already toast)
EZ Crushers 95x6/6/6
Y Bar Cable Push Down 145x12/12
