What's your end goal for calorie deficit?Hey guys,
Starting my cut on Thursday, April 11th. I'll be treating my cut much like a contest prep. I'll cut for 12 weeks leading to a diced body on July 4th. I'll be running my first test cycle at 400mg per week to preserve muscle and strength (maybe even add a little).
Stats about me... 23 years old, 6'3", ~188 lbs, ~13% bf. I have a really fast metabolism, so I'm currently eating about 4000 calories per day to maintain my weight.
Gonna run macros at about 40c/30p/30f. Starting with 3500 cals a day, and cutting about 100 more cals per week (mainly from carbs).
Starting with 1 HIIT cardio session per week, and slowly adding more sessions every couple weeks.
Running test cyp at 400mg per week for weeks 1-10, taking helladrol at 75mg per day for weeks 5-10. Taking ECA stack 2 weeks on, 2 off for weeks 5-12. Might throw in some Lean Xtreme for the last month.
Goals: sub 7% bf while maintaining muscle and strength.
