Good to hear you hit the diet and gym hard yesterday. I had a unplanned cheat yesterday. My gummies came in the mail with my trinadad scorpion ground pepper shaker also. I was saving the gummies till this weekend but I'm sad to say that they didnt make it. Gummies are such my weak point.
To make up for it I hit the gym this morning with a vengeance and I plan to bike ride like nobody's business if the weather permits.

I started my dexaprine yesterday evening and wow talk about not having an apetite. I worked out today, hit the bike (the kind where the handlebars are the pedals), and I yet want to have more than the 1400 calories i've had already. Really liking this stuff.

O sorry I havent been updating lately. I have been working longer hours at work and trying to take care of my wife and kids because all of them are sick. Things have been going good besides this Saturday for my sons 1 year old birthday party. Other then that all is good I worked my ass off all last week and will be doing the same this week. I should be updating more this week. Last week was just crazy

That's good man. It's great when life is hectic but you are still able to stay focused. And you have to have a good time with your family on bit family events like a Bday. So keep up the good man

Have you noticed and difference in your bodies composition yet? I know it's only been a little time since you started so you wouldn't probably notice much, but just wondering if you have noticed any playoffs yet?
Good job sticking through it during s crazy week, those are always the hardest for me.

Sorry guys I havent been on lately but as some of you guys know that I have been getting ready to move. We have been packing for a lil while now and we make our move in exactly 12 days. So Im trying as hard as I can to hit the weights and stuff but with 3 kids the wife needs a lil help. And with me still working just trying to make time is rough

Heck sounds like you have a big enough work out with everything else as it is Glad to see everything is ok otherwise though.
On a side note: I'm still taking the dexaprine. The appetite suppressant isnt as strong as it was but it has gave me a bit of energy. So my search goes on for something else to fight my hunger. Thought I'd let you know how it was working out.

I'm alive. Still working out hard. Have only cut a few lbs but putting on some muscle. Did a log for a few products and still kicking it up in the gym. Both of my logs are here on the forums.
I have my good days and bad days About to hit the gym for some tricep, back, and shoulder action.

yeah bro ive been lazy on the log though-Ive got "just a log" going right now in the training section thats a long term kinda thing with no specific end in mind. Been lurking as much as I can. I just had the thought..."i wonder how monstas doin?" so i thought id check it out! lookin good bro if thats you in your avi! youve come a loooooooong way!

haha its all good though dude it happens- I guess you can say we minotaurs are a type of monster but we prefer the term "mythical beast"- its more appealing to the general public.
