Just got done doing my biceps and triceps workout and man they feel amazing, all my lifts this week have been great
Just got done with my usual 30 min cardio and I just wanna say that my arms are feeling great and tonight i am doing shoulders

Shoulders and Traps
Standing lateral raises 3x 12
Seated DB shoulder press 3x 12
Bent DB over lateral raises 3x12
Front DB raises 3x12
Machine shoulder press 3x12
DB shoulder shrug 3x12
Barbell shoulder shrug 3x12
And dont worry every week my reps change its just 12 this week, I change it up sometimes I go 15, 12, 10. 4x10 etc

just finished with my last 30 min cardio for the week. Im feeling great and I know it will keep feeling great especially when I keep lifting and cardio. I have legs tonight which are always a great way to finish a great week

Squat a warmup doing to sets of 12 of lighter weight then 3x12
Leg Extension 3x12
Leg Curl 3x12
Calf raisers 3x15 and then a super set on as many as I can do
