    Something that always keeps me motivated is reading articles on weight loss, bodybuilding, training, anything fitness oriented really. It educates me so I can continue to learn and implement what i read to get better results and stay motivated.

    Totally agree with you, and also what I find motivating is hearing other peoples success stories and soon I will be one of those stories you know what i mean

    There's plenty of success stories on here for you, I like to occasionally take a look at the logs and see what people are doing for inspiration as well. Sounds like you are making great progress, I hope to see you meet your goal.

    Thanks I appreciate it. I will meet my goals. Im not going to let bad foods take over my body again. Ive already lost 16 lbs and feel great even though im still at 319lbs. imagine losing almost a hundred lbs, I think I will be able to dunk a basketball then lol

  11. Great work so far! Very motivational thread here. I posted a thread the other day in the natural bodybuilding section, from obesity to the stage. Just take it one day at at time, one workout at a time, one meal at a time. You can do it!

  13. I just got done doing my back workout and man the deadlifts kicked my ass LOL it was a great one. I was grunting on the last few in my set. great lift over all

    Grunt away my friend! Mg headphones are loud enough so I dont hear myself, but i do tend to grunt out some reps

Just got done with my morning cardio, I just want to say how my body is adjusting to walking in the morning. when I first started I didnt want to wake up and i needed motivation to do it, Now I wake up put my cloths on and start doing my walk. Crazy how things change in just a little over 2 weeks, it feels great. My back from last night is feeling really good

  24. Just got done doing my biceps and triceps workout and man they feel amazing, all my lifts this week have been great

  25. Just got done with my usual 30 min cardio and I just wanna say that my arms are feeling great and tonight i am doing shoulders

  26. Way to keep it up monsta! If you ever get board, looking for a new workout to try or just want to make sure your form is right check out the site below. It's definitely helped me change things up every so often and sorry i can't put up a direct link I don't have enough posts yet.

    it is an awesome feeling. just imagine how I feel will more weight off

  32. just got done doing a shoulder workout and once again I feel swole.

    Shoulders and Traps
    Standing lateral raises 3x 12
    Seated DB shoulder press 3x 12
    Bent DB over lateral raises 3x12
    Front DB raises 3x12
    Machine shoulder press 3x12
    DB shoulder shrug 3x12
    Barbell shoulder shrug 3x12

    And dont worry every week my reps change its just 12 this week, I change it up sometimes I go 15, 12, 10. 4x10 etc

  34. just finished with my last 30 min cardio for the week. Im feeling great and I know it will keep feeling great especially when I keep lifting and cardio. I have legs tonight which are always a great way to finish a great week

    Squat a warmup doing to sets of 12 of lighter weight then 3x12
    Leg Extension 3x12
    Leg Curl 3x12
    Lunges 3x12
    Calf raisers 3x15 and then a super set on as many as I can do
