  6. Today hit up some biceps! No kids games today lol. I finally got to the gym. Felt pumped soon as I took the uncut. I'm still trying to stick with low weight on arms til this tennis type elbow shiz goes away.

Although I still had the every day couple newbies walk by and heard one say look at his calves.   11. I wish this rain away!!!! I bet anything softball is a no go tomorrow lol. I hit up a wicked gym leg day today felt so good! No cardio as it was pouring down rain and i hate the treadmill! Just so everyone knows I haven't squated since last year after having shoulder surgery. I had a friend help with form today and I'll pick up on the weight after a while.

    Legs:

    seated leg ext: 120 lbs x 12,12,12

    lying leg curls: 80 lbs x 10,10,10

    squats: 95 lbs x 10, 115 lbs x 8, 135 lbs x 8

    Leg presses: 4 plates x 10, 6 plates x 10, 8 plates x 10,

    body lunges: 2 sets body and then one set with 25 lbs db's.

    Well bonehead me lost my workout book that I logged everything in. Have the slightest idea what i did with it. I might have left it at the gym by mistake. So there is a few days of workouts that aren't posted. None the less here is today's session. I was plum worn out after this training session. Took me some Prodigy preworkout 30 minutes prior to getting to the gym. And believe me I needed it.

    Had to make a few adjustments on the fly since the normal things I would do were occupied. And I have no patients to wait on others. I like to get in do work then get out.

  13. Sorry folks, have been jammed with 3 clients all this time, barely getting some workouts in, Cardio is steady, but the hotel I am staying at in Baltimore has no gym (being renovated ... FML ) so I am unable to get any weights as such. So far now back to hitting it with bodylastics and some cardio.

    I have been unwell, and then been travelling to the clients so gym has taken a huge hit. But its a phase and will pass, and I shall return as soon as Saturday!

    Today I was feeling good. Had a lot on my mind and wasn't so sure I would be able to separate the workout from anything else. But to my surprise I actually hit some personal best during this session and new routine. I drank me Prodigy pre workout 30 minutes before training and bam I was good to go.

  22. Well wanted to hit gym so bad, and I did. I had a good bicep day but not particulary what I wanted in terms of feeling. I just have a slight headache from the tooth pull. I still managed to hit a decent lifts. Tomorrow we have a relay for life event so I may get to gym late or wait til Saturday.

    spider db curls: 25 lbs x 10,8,8 lower weight and doing slow control def a difference plus helps with this tennis elbow crap

    Well after one heck of a week. I finally got back into the gym. Super long work hours. And a boat load of different things going on. Thanks to Bossbody.net the have helped me keep my diet in check. There will be a bunch of changes coming in the next couple weeks. As I am moving away from Texas. So lots of things are needing to get done asap. Now as far as training. I have added a little something to my supplement list. I am now taking ReaperDNA on top of my Prodigy preworkout supplement. Today is day two. I will be running it for the next 4 weeks.

  28. Man came home yesterday from work and took a nap at 2:45 next thing I know it's 7:15 at night lol I must have needed it badly. Today got up early did some shopping then hit gym for Chest and then off to the track for a mile. I jogged the straight lines and walk the curves.
