Planning my spring cut and looking for some macro ratio advice. I'm going to be taking test cyp@ 400/ week to preserve muscle, and not sure if that will affect macro requirements.
6'3", (hopefully 190lbs by the time I finish bulking)
23 years old
I was thinking 30p/45c/25f for a starting point, then slowly cutting carbs each week, while adding more cardio.
Wondering if these ratios look good, and if I'll need to incorporate a carb refeed day.
