38yo 5-10" 185-187 Bf% 12-13
I am NEW here so if it has been discussed I could not find it
Lifting for size for the last few years, have ben lifting 5 yrs total. My question is how do i loose that bit of fat just below the belly button.....slight love handles. I was as low as 174lb at one time with good muscle conditioning, ribs and upper 4 abs showing but with side view there was some fat below. I picked up ruinning Oct of 2011 and progressed up to running 10k a few times a week........very little fat loss. Im getting disapointed with the results form my previous attempts.......any help would be great.
