Hey guys I'm currently in the 2nd to last week of my cut, show day is 27th December. I began carb depleting 60g a day on the 10th. What days do I need to carb up, and by how much?
Let me stress that i have never competed but it seems a liitle early to start depleting but i cud be wrong.. I knew a guy who competed and he said they usually carb up after weigh ins on the day of the show
