Stats - 5'10 175 about 15% BF after bulking. Finally at a point where I want to cut and slow bulk again
Lean weight of about 150 looking to lean out
Macros Im using - 160p, 43F, and 130c - 1500 cals.
Diet plan - 5 meals
Meal one - 3 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oats
Meal two - Chicken breast (100g) and 1/2 cup oats
Meal 3 - Chicken Breast(80g) and apple
Meal 4 - Tilapia and vege and cup rice
Meal 5 - ounce of nuts, 80g chicken breat and vege
My workout is 5/3/1 with at least 5 days of walking 3 miles per week. Thanks for the help. Idea is a slow "cut" without strength loss so a recomp.
