My postwork meal for IF

  1. My postwork meal for IF

    I did a full body workout for 40 minutes than 10 minutes of abs. I eat 30-60 min after my workout. I have been eating 2 meals within 3-4 hours. Here is my first meal today;

    Tilapia, sweet potato, 250 grams of chicken on a sandwich roll, and a protein shake with half banana, 1/2 cup almond milk, 3 scoops of protein powders and water

  2. What do the total macros look like for that meal?
    After a year off, I'm back

  3. I wish I could get down that much food after a workout.

    on the occasion that I work out in the afternoon, I'll eat 24oz of chicken, 3 cups of barley, 1tbsp of olive oil, a whole bag of spring green salad mix, 2 apples and a diet coke.

  5. I feel half-sick when I am done working out. I can't eat that much.
    I'm Back...

  6. When doing LG/IF its easy to scarf down a rediculous amount of food. I was eating 8oz home made meatloaf, 4oz chicken on 2 slices bread with lettuce/tomato/mayo and 2 scoop protein with 16oz milk. That was the postworkout meal..

    I hear a lot of people say that, I've never had that issue at all. I suppose if as soon as I was done I probably couldn't eat it, but in the 10 mins it takes me to heat it up I develop a powerful appetite! But I usually work out at 430 in the morning, so my post workout is usually a small protein shake and then some bcaas every couple hours until noon

  11. Low fat hasn't affected me at all. Life was miserable when I did low carbs though. Best I looked, worst I felt.

    Today was chest day.

    2 cups kashi, protein shake again with apple an pear this time, 2 breakfast sausages, tilapia and the chicken sandwich again. I bought a big bag of chicken breast meat at SAMs club that I'm trying to use up. It's super convenient but a lot of sodium.

    Lift the fücking weight from the floor, or leave it on the ground. The thoughts are supposed to be daunting. The pain is meant to be tormenting.

  19. 500 grams of chicken challenge accepted. I did legs fasted, had some oatmeal and decided to hit legs again which made me have to bring my food to work since I didn't have enough time.
