When doing LG/IF its easy to scarf down a rediculous amount of food. I was eating 8oz home made meatloaf, 4oz chicken on 2 slices bread with lettuce/tomato/mayo and 2 scoop protein with 16oz milk. That was the postworkout meal..

I hear a lot of people say that, I've never had that issue at all. I suppose if as soon as I was done I probably couldn't eat it, but in the 10 mins it takes me to heat it up I develop a powerful appetite! But I usually work out at 430 in the morning, so my post workout is usually a small protein shake and then some bcaas every couple hours until noon

Low fat hasn't affected me at all. Life was miserable when I did low carbs though. Best I looked, worst I felt.

    Today was chest day.

2 cups kashi, protein shake again with apple an pear this time, 2 breakfast sausages, tilapia and the chicken sandwich again. I bought a big bag of chicken breast meat at SAMs club that I'm trying to use up. It's super convenient but a lot of sodium.

500 grams of chicken challenge accepted. I did legs fasted, had some oatmeal and decided to hit legs again which made me have to bring my food to work since I didn't have enough time.
