    I have certain supplements i need to take morning and night, like multivits etc. but im having to take them after my fast at 2pm

    Is this necessary or will it really not matteR?

    Reason im concerned is that its a one in the evening one at night jobby, which is not true when im taking it at lunch and then again before 8pm

  5. Make sure to incorporate bcaas during your fast will Deff help in preserving mass

    I do two scoops of MBCAAs which is 10 grams.

  8. During LG, I only take BCAA's before I do a fasted cardio session or before my workout. I usually only do 5-10g and try to follow Layne Norton's formula.
