    dangerous supps while on a cut?


    Any supps come to mind that might be dangeruss while on a cut?

    I am doing a protein sparing diet at the moment.
    @ 6-4, 290
    target 220 lbs

    It really depends on how you are cutting. What is your training schedule? What are your macros?
