Low Carb, Low Cholesterol Protein Supplement

Hey everyone, so im looking to start losing some serious body fat.

I've already started my diet, but im curious to see what some othe people's opinions are.
What is a good low carb, low cholesterol protein supplement thats a decent price? ive looked around and i'm leaning towards Pro Complex.

all opinions and maybe some diet tricks would be greatly appreciated!!!!

    Thank you.

I used Dymatize Whey Isolate. Tastes good, and only use aroud 2 scoops a day to add to my macros.

Yeah I have used it too, Banana and Chocolate tasted nice. Iso-100 , no carb...low cholesterol and around 24-26g of prot if I recall.

OP could benefit from it if I guess.

I use isology from trunutrtion. Its 29 g protein per scoop with 3g Carb(1% daily value) and 1.5g total fat which is 2% of your daily value. 5 pounds was 58$ so its pretty reasonable. Based on your cholesterol comment stay the hell away from ON whey
