    5 weeks to 6 pack!!

Hey Bro's new to forum but wanted to share a little diet plan that worked before!! .here is my plan for 5 week to get a 6pack for all who don't think it's possible.. If hard work is a supplement take 2 a day!! I went from 205 lbs 12-15% BF to 180 lbs less than 10% BF! Veterans please critique ..

    Diet

    M1: 8oz egg whites , 1cup oats 1tbs Almond butter,1 scp whey

    M2: 8oz fish, 1.1 oz almonds

    M3: 8ox chicken, salad, 1tbsp olive oil

    M4: 8oz fish

    M5 8oz fish 150g white potatoe

    M6 8oz fish broccoli!

    Training ..

    2-3 days pre-breakfast running/week

5days/ week strength training following by 30 post exercise cardio.

    Supps:

Am : multi vitamins, fish oil

    Pre 10g bcaa,5g glutamine, superpump

Post: 1/2 scp Karbolyn, 1scp whey, 10g bcaa

    Bed: zma

If the fat isn't melting off by 3rd week drop white potatoe.. Last week drop breakfast oats and swap with 2 tbsp almond butter. Seems drastic but worked well for me! Key this is a *diet* not intended for extended use.. 5-8 weeks max.. Throw in a cheat MEAL once every 2 weeks!

    Thanks bro hopes this helps

I dont know about anyone else but I would have added some kind of fruit to it. Also if you dont live near a fishing port it would get really pricey really quickly with 2.5 lbs of fish a day.

It's a low sugar/carb diet... I was trying to minimize sugar intake so I cut fruits... If there's reasoning for fruit please explain

Anti- oxidents vitamins and other goodies. There are a lot of fruits and berries pretty low in carbs

Pretty cool. I ran a similar type diet in the past when dropping the weight (low carb) and it helped me drop the fat. However have since switched to a moderate carb (good carbs), high protein, low fat diet as I was dropping too much muscle with my fat last time around (couldn't get enough protein and stay within macros). So far so good.

Bro...that's a heck of a lot of fish you eat! No wonder I'm not able to catch any when I go fishing (haha).

if its a low sugar/carb then why oats and potatoes? I'd rather have bananas, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries as my carb source than oats + potato.

I agree. You get more nutrients and more fiber then potatoes from fruit.
