Leave the raw eggs for Rocky Balboa, IMHO.

I mix pasteurized liquid egg whites into my shakes some times.
Careful with using actual eggs. Could give you salmonella

Not for me. I'll leave the raw eggs to film makers and bodybuilders who can't find supps or a skillet :-)

The egg whites digest slower when eaten raw and can cause digestive problems. I love raw yolks though .

I think it's more convenient to eat them cooked. I wouldn't worry about the salmonella if you find good quality, organic eggs from pasture fed chickens. I've eaten tons of raw yolks during the past 8 years and never got sick.

Been drinking them pretty much every day since I was a kid no problems. But I get them free. If I had to pay for them, I wouldnt bother.

    This.

Salmonella comes from leaving eggs in a warm environment for to long. Always keep your eggs in the fridge or below 18C (38F) and you'll have no problem
