Too Much Fat?

    I am thinking of adding Omega-3 to my diet. Mostly for ghe Leptin benefits. However im trying to cut and it would set my Fat at 46g a day and i weigh 155lbs. Is that too much fat?

    it really depends on your macros, but no I wouldn't say that's too much - especially if your cutting and bringing carbs down (assuming)

    hmm...

    when fat loss stalls i would start by keeping cals at 1,800 and drop carbs but increase fats.

  5. That is not too much fat but personally I would never cut fat below 35-40 grams per day with 30 g being the absolute lowest I would go.

  6. this much is fine as long as you cut your carbs too.
    I'm on low carb (40max/day) protein is at 180 and fats are between 90-100g
