I am thinking of adding Omega-3 to my diet. Mostly for ghe Leptin benefits. However im trying to cut and it would set my Fat at 46g a day and i weigh 155lbs. Is that too much fat?

That is not too much fat but personally I would never cut fat below 35-40 grams per day with 30 g being the absolute lowest I would go.
this much is fine as long as you cut your carbs too.
I'm on low carb (40max/day) protein is at 180 and fats are between 90-100g
