I was wondering if I Should I take them on non workout days?
What's a non-workout day? Seriously, even if you take a day off from working out your not taking a day off from dieting so I would say take them every day, I'm starting that stack tomorrow -oep and I'll be popping 'em every day, but my day's off the gym are cardio only days.
