Your top 3 tips to maintaining/increasing LBM during a cut

    Hi everyone

Obviously this question/problem is talked about alot in the context of cutting: how to lose fat with minimal or no muscle loss. As I am embarking on my own cut, I thought I'd create a thread which collates the experience and tips of many people regarding what particular dietary, training or supplementation strategies have helped them to maintain or increase LBM during a fat loss phase.

You top 3 tips can involve one of, all of, or a combination of diet/training/supplements tips

    Cheers,
    Nathan

    1) cut calories slowly/gradually
    2) keep protein high - and train heavy. None of that low weight high rep ****
    3) BCAA's

    I side with that

    1) cut calories slowly/gradually
    2) keep protein high and train heavy <-- but if you want to lose fat faster, in my opinion you should
also do at least supersets after the heavy work

    3) WAY MORE ( ) BCAA's
