doesn't look like you're doing much calorie cycling.

2600 cals on workout days and 2500 on non workout days?

what does your cardio regimen look like on workout and non workout days?
For me, the action IS the juice.

To many carbs to little protein.... Try switching it up... 250gram protein and 200 carbs for a cut

Been doing this for three weeks and I'm down 3 lbs (presumably most of it fat).

any updates on this? I started following this today. Pretty determined to see it through but I am just looking for results others are experiencing. I could have sworn I read a large thread about this method yesterday but I can't seem to find it.
