hey fellas title says it all, i dont wanna use diruetics to do this. any tips other than lower sodium, carbs, water intake?

besides the above mentioned? umm....potassium, asparagus come to mind.
Natural diuretics like Dandelion Root and Uva Ursi.
You don't have to lower water intake to drop water either - if you decrease your water intake too much, your body will actually HOLD ONTO the water.
Decreasing sodium intake and carbohydrate consumption will work - I don't recommend doing the latter for long periods of time, though; a week or something is fine, but anything longer, not so much, IMO.
Utilizing things such as saunas, etc. can also help.
