So Im currently on a tren/sust cycle right now. I am trying to bulk, however I guess cause Im stingy, and want the best of both, I want to stay lean. Ive been taking in around 3500-4000 calories a day, all really clean except for cheat days. Anyhow, I was wondering if a CKD diet would work well on a cycle, while trying to gain size still. I so far have seen some real good gains with what Im doing, but feel like Im putting on some bodyfat.
I know I know, Im stingy and Im gonna have to put on bodyfat to put on size, but it is frustrating. Im gonna throw some clen in, but I was just wondering how well a CKD or TKD would work with a cycle, and If I will still be able to put on size while reducing body fat. It sounds too good to be true, so It probably is.
So what about post cycle? When would be a good time to start cutting the calories back and starting a ckd? Would a month of keeping calories up with carbs be sufficient after the cycle?
