So I had 2 come in today. They gave me the second one half off if I ordered within the hour.
I'm about 5'8 205.
Not like SUPER fat, but I'm pretty fat.
There aren't really many instructions on here. It says 15-30 minutes a day but I want to burn my fat off way quicker. Do you think there will be any side effects if I do an hour or more a day? I don't want to get all buff and stuff, just want to lose some fat.
