  1. Need to get to 9% BF.. Clen?


    Since Jan. cut from 190lbs to 165lbs

    Lost a lot with OEP/LX stack

    Lost a little more on EC stack months later

    Just finished 11-sterone cycle with little success

    Body Fat is at 12-13% right now and my goal is single digits and I wont bulk till I get there.

    Thinking of running clen next. Open to suggestions.

    Please PM with any knowledge of reputable sources. Never purchased from research chem labs before.

    You do NOT need to run hormonals or substances like Clen to get to 9% bodyfat. With your nutrition and training on target for YOU re fat loss, you can EASILY lose 0.5% bodyfat a week just with that - that's 6-8 weeks to get to 9% bodyfat, and you could do it within 4-7 weeks, depending on how comfortable you are with the speed of fat loss.

    I highly recommend reading The 3 Keys to Fat Loss to get a handle on nutrition and training. A supplement is NOT going to be a magic pill and is not the answer.

    Also note that you cannot ask for or post sources on AM.

  6. What you need my friend is a good diet plan. There are many out there. That and hard work. Clen...well thats icing IMO.

    My diet was a strict 40/40/20
    It got me pretty lean but my goal for this cut was 9%. I got to 11 but have since dropped off a bit.

    Right now my diet is the same but with carb cycling and absolutely no sugar. My fats come from natty pb, fish and olive oil. Protein is eggs,chicken,beef,fish and whey powder.

    Ive been "dieting" since Jan and its getting frustrating that it hasnt rendered the desired results. I do not want to resort to supplements but as it is, im very frustrated and feel that something like clen/albuterol with help get me over the plateau.

  10. if you had good success with products like OEP and ECA, i would just run those again. perhaps try the AlphaT2 as a stacker.

    From Jan to April I went from 190 to 170.

    April to June I got to 165 11% bf

    I am not concerned at all about weight. I would like to be heavier but I am doing whatever it takes to lower bf as 9% is my goal.

    I am up on all my lifts since Jan too.

    40/40/20 diet with some carb cycling

    Calories at 500 below maintainence

  12. What does your cardio progression look like?
    You might also want to think about spending that cash to hire someone to set up a diet and do weekly updates, etc. What you learn you'll have for the rest of your life. When your clen is gone...it's gone.

    It's hard work, but you can do it man.
